For reference I am 5’4 and about 135lbs with an hourglass type figure. I followed the suggestion and went with the medium and I am VERY glad I did. They are SO comfortable! I wish, wish, wish, they had pockets. They did creep a bit on my 3 mile run, but after I started sweating they moved less. Did not bother me enough to not want to buy another pair. Good job wicking moisture. Love the color, I bought the red. The fabric is thick but not too thick and super soft but not the kind of soft like my Lulu Aligns. Anyway. Hope this helps.
