These are very comfortable shorts to wear under a dress. I've been living in these this summer and will buy another pair. I did need to size up.These shorts fit vey well and are comfortableThese are great shorts! No um... *unflattering nether regions* if you know what I mean. Thats always the main concern when getting skin tight leggings/shorts. These are on the thicker side and feel a little more like cotton material than spandex. Absolutely not see through and I ordered a small for more compression. Very nice pudge conceal. Mom of 4 approved! Appropriate as well! If you're in between sizes, order your normal size for a normal fit but if you're looking for more of a compression fit... Size down. I will say they do squeze a little on the thighs but i just stretch that out a little when I grab them out of the dryer. These have held up very well after multiple washes. I scrunch the legs up just a little bit to get more of a 6 inch fit instead of 8 inch. Just personal reference. But ive included what the look like pulled down as well!I got these to wear under a summer dress and they’re so comfortable I now wear them with T-shirts when hiking or walking trails. Love the side thigh pockets for my cell phone, keys or mini wallet! Very well made, good quality, good comfort & wash & dry great!I'm very happy with these shorts. Fabric is soft and a good quality. Inseam length is exactly where I wanted, not too short or too long. I normally wear a size 10/Large. Based on reviews, I ordered an XL. I think I could have gotten away with a large, but not sure if the thigh opening would have been tight. Either way, I'm keeping these.These are awesome. I got a medium and I can wear them, but they are loose in the waist and all around. I bought another pair in small and they are perfect. I love the color scheme of these and the side pockets.This is a good purchase. The material was thick but soft at the same time. It doesn't bunch or ride up and of course..love the pockets.Very comfortable
