I'm a pet sitter/dog walker and walk a few to several miles a day. It's been hot and humid here and I get so sweaty! So, although I usually prefer cotton or linen shorts, I decided to try these to see if they would be more comfortable and dry quicker.They're cooling and moisture wicking. I bought the black shorts and have been comfortable all day. They don't ride up or stick to my legs. The fabric is a good weight and not see through, but the fit is stretchy and lightweight. The waistband is high, but comfortable. I have to bend and crouch often and haven't had to hike them up at all. And bonus, dog and cat hair brushes off effortlessly, so I haven't had to de-fur myself all day!I usually wear L or XL in Baleaf pants and shorts, but went with 2XL on these. They are a smidge too big, but not uncomfortably so. So, I'd say they run true to size and will order another pair in XL. (I'm apple shaped, fyi.)The length is flattering. It's great having the leg openings like regular shorts, rather than bike short style. I think it makes them more comfortable for walking. They also have a gusset, rather than a straight seam. I'd wear them for yoga, too.The pockets are fine. One small waistband pocket and two front pockets. I had my iPhone in one of the front pockets all day and it felt like it was secure.One thing that I hesitated about with these is that at first the fabric looked like the old double knit polyester from the 70s. But after washing and wearing them today they are starting to look more soft and less like scratchy poly.We decided to celebrate my 47th birthday in sunny Las Vegas. Why not, right? Vegas in July. During a Superdrought. With record heat. Yep, it was the first time in 30 years I wore shorts in public. And these babies did not disappoint! Breathable, flexible fabric made walking the strip in 114* weather... barely tolerable. But at least I was comfortable (margarita in hand) and my hind-quarters looked great! BEST. SHORTS. EVER!These shorts wash well, the breathable fabric helped while wearing on disc golf course. Very wearer friendly. Very comfortableI ordered these shorts to wear kayaking, biking and hopefully golfing if they were loose enough. I am thrilled with everything about these shorts. They are made of quality material with the style and fit like the pictures. I'm 5'7" and they come to just above my knee .. maybe an inch. They are loose fitting in the leg (not baggy just right) which is perfect so they fit more like shorts than yoga pants. I will even be able to wear them golfing! I love the deep pockets as well. Great buy.I ordered these in black and LOVE them. They are so comfortable and are flattering. The material is very soft as well and they have deep pockets! I only give these blue ones 4 stars instead of 5 because the colour is too bright. I would have preferred a navy blue. Otherwise no complaints on these shorts.Love these shorts. Finally the picture doesn’t lie. Im a size 12, generous in the hips and thighs. The large fit perfectly. They wash no problem. I hang everything to dry so no idea if they would shrink in dryer.After reading the reviews on these shorts I thought I'd try them out. Delivery was incredible. They came in a cute plastic bag. As soon as I tried them on, I knew I'd be wearing these a lot. I ordered another pair Iiked them that much. The fit is great. I ordered a large for comfort.Ordered these in my usual size (XXL), they fit perfectly. I love them and will be ordering different colours. Love the fit and the pockets. They land just above the knees and are not tight on leg, which is what I was looking for.
