Rubber sole
This is my second pair of the ASICS GT-2000 Trail. This is a great shoe for outdoor walking or jogging, as it provides extra support on uneven sidewalks or dirt trails. Very comfortable but runs slightly small. I wear a size 8 shoe, but I wear these in a size 9 for a better fit. Also, if you have plantar fasciitis like I do I suggest changing out the insoles for therapeutic ones such as Dr. Scholl's for additional comfort and support.Great shoe, will definitely buy again.
